Holly Bonfield

Holly is a workplace and community mediator, with an overriding passion for supporting small businesses to develop and grow.  She has been mediating since 2013 , with accreditations from Open College Network (for workplace) and College of Mediators (for community).  Alongside this, she runs her own business, supporting organisations and individuals to develop skills and systems through coaching, facilitation and consultancy, with a particular focus on leadership and personal skills. She holds professional indemnity insurance for all these areas of her work.
Holly is an activist and policy representative for the Federation of Small Businesses, both local and nationally, and is Regional Vice Chairman for the Manchester and North Cheshire Region.  She is also a trustee for People’s History Museum and a governor for a local Federation of schools.   Involvement in conflict resolution in 2013 was a natural extension to these support roles and one which helps small businesses and organisations to avoid the trauma and expense of potential employment tribunals.
