This brand new programme will equip learners with the skills to identify and support the resolution of conflict within teams.

It’s is aimed at managers and leaders who are responsible for team performance and productivity.  It will benefit anyone who would like to learn more about leading through conflict.

Changing the nature and quality of the conversations in a team will see outcomes improve exponentially.  

Following the training learners will;

  1. Describe the underlying causes of conflict.
  2. Demonstrate assertive communication and recognise the impact of language.
  3. Develop confidence addressing conflict with individuals and groups.
